It has been over a year since I went to Bangkok to do a Muay Thai training camp. It is something that I have missed and want to do again. However because no gyms are open and I can't get on a plane, I decided to create my own homemade Muay Thai training camp!
In part 2 of my homemade Muay Thai Training Camp I continue my Muay Thai training. Running a 10km and doing bag work circuits focusing on boxing conditioning. Doing 2 Muay Thai workout sessions in 1 day it was an intense second day filled with tough Muay Thai exercises.
